Privacy Policy
This policy applies to CycleStack YouTube Uploader, an internal automation app for a single authorized user.
Data accessed
- Video upload metadata for videos published to the owner's channel.
- Caption files, including Korean and English SRT files.
- Comment threads on the owner's videos for pinned funnel comments.
- Channel analytics for the owner's channel.
Data not accessed
- Other users' YouTube data.
- YouTube credentials beyond the approved OAuth scopes.
- Viewer or commenter personal information outside the owner's video comment operations.
Data storage
Operational records are stored in Neon Postgres and Render-hosted application servers. Secrets and OAuth configuration are stored in encrypted environment variables and are not committed to the source repository.
Data sharing
CycleStack YouTube Uploader does not sell, rent, share, or broker YouTube data. It does not use third-party advertising trackers or external analytics brokers.
Data retention
Channel automation records are retained for the lifetime of the channel unless deletion is requested. Stored OAuth-related operational data is deleted within 30 days after access is revoked or deletion is requested.
User rights
The authorized user can revoke OAuth access through Google Account permissions and can request deletion of stored operational data by contacting the owner.

Updates to this policy are reflected by the Last updated date shown at the top of this page.
